Romancing Rachel by Cindy Kirk

Jay relies on his looks, but he sustains facial injuries and burns in an accident. Rachel is hired to help him get along while recuperating. Rachel and Jay went to high school together, not in the same class though. Rachel is a teacher, and she regularly attends church. Jay is a television news anchor. He was in a car accident, and his girlfriend hasn't been to see him. He starts liking Rachel, but since she just dumped her boyfriend, after a few domestic incidents, she is staying away from relationships for awhile.

The 3 books in the series were great, and this was a wonderful addition to them. Cindy Kirk is a great author, can't wait for more books from her.

Dare Me Tonight by Carly Phillips

Sienna Dare, from the other half of the Dare family. Her mother is Patriarch Robert's mistress, and Sienna is one of the kids. Ethan Knight works for Knight Time Technology. He is escorting Sienna to a weekend scholar social at Columbia, the college. Sienna is an alum, and Ethan donates money to the college and the program. They immediately connect, and spend the night together. Sienna's older brother Ian, hires Ethan's company, and he and Sienna work together. If you saw anything about this book, *Spoiler Alert * you know that Sienna gets pregnant.
I loved Ethan, who deserved this happily ever after. I loved how Carly brought 2 famous families together for this book. Love this author, can't wait for more from her.
