Bachelor Games in Good Hope by Cindy Kirk

Clay is the principal at Good Hope High School. Beatrice, Bea, is the manager at the Book and Cup, a bookstore/coffee shop. She went to school with his younger sister, Greer. Clay usually stops in to get a drink, and sit on his laptop. His family are building new property for the bookstore, and 2 other businesses. Bea's friend Piper owns a clothing store, and does not want to move locations. Gladys wants to set Clay up and devises The Bachelor Games, she sets him up on blind dates. She actually says she would never set him up with Bea, but luckily they do that all on their own.
According to the last page, we have to wait until October of 2020 to get another Good Hope book, I am not sure I will be able to wait that long.

Bethany is a Doctor. Nate is a Firefighter/Paramedic. He responded to her call when she locked herself out of her house in only a towel. Now they are on a date at the Nightly Catch, a seafood resturant in Lost Harbor. They were set up by her former patient. They see each other, pretend to date after she told her Dad she was dating someone. They start having sex, they help each other when Nate finds a girl sleeping/showering at the fire house. They have a fight while driving to help a patient that Bethany's sister Gretel was helping. She's pregnant with 3 kids, and Gretel helps her out. They stop talking and seeing each other, but then Nate tracks her down helping the girl they found, and they admit they love each other after he rescues her.
Next up is Married by Moonlight in the Spring of 2020.

What Beckham doesn't tell her is that he knows all about her past, because He was alongside it. She was dating a leader of an MC, and he was a member before she started dating Coby. She was a battered woman who got out, and put Coby in jail. They spend some time apart, but soon realize their pasts are in the past and they will look to the future together.

The 2nd book, this one is about Tanner and Scarlett. Scarlett is an Assistant District Attorney. Tanner doesn't want to tell her about his past, or his temper issues, afraid she might judge him. She tells him about her past and her family, and he eventually tells her. She doesn't judge him. They are having issues at the club with vandalism, and a (fake) bomb threat. They think it was the guy who killed Levi (fraternity in college). Some of the issues are from a rival nightclub owner, who admits to what he had done. Scarlett and Tanner are spending a lot of time together. It all comes to a head when the instigator of these issues shows his hand, and Tanner drops him. He is arrested, and Scarlett knows its time to move out. One week later, they talk and she moves back in, and get a ring !! Next up is Levi.

Jack Snow / John Doe had an accident and lost his memory. Lexi is a single Mom and the social worker at the hospital, and brings Jack home when she cant find anywhere else for him to stay. They slowly fall in love even before his memories return. Lexi is having issues with her daughter's birth Father, he want to see her, and spend time with her now, when he dumpes Lexi after finding out she was pregnant 7 years ago. Jack turns out to be Nick, a family lawyer, who helps Lexi with her troubles. The end is Nick coming back after going home to Dallas when his former fiancee and coworker sees him on the news and comes to get him.

Christmas in Silver Springs by Brenda Novak

Tobias is Maddox's brother from the previous book. He just got out of prison 5 months ago. Harper is the ex-wife of a famous rock star. She has 2 daughters with him and right now she is living with her sister's family. Tobias works for New Horizons as maintenance man. Tobias will not tell Haper that he was in jail, nor the reason. They start a sexual relationship, until Harper's ex- husband keeps calling and texting her. Tobias wants her to be happy, even if she chooses her ex over him. She doesn't choose the ex.
Later Axel, the ex, hears people talking about Tobias, and why He was in jail. He goes to tell Harper, and she breaks things off with Tobias. She is leaving to go back to Denver when Atticus, the boy Tobias hurt stops her, and tells her everything. She goes to talk to Tobias, who at first shuts her down, but she won't let that happen. So they talk, and say some words to each other.

Great book. Love this series. I hope Atticus gets a book.
