Fighting the Fire by Laura Kaye

 Sean is a fireman. Daniela is a nurse. They both served, and are members of WFC. They had a thing, and now they are flirting around each other. Daniela is a widow, her husband died in action.

Sean is leaving from dinner on his motorcycle, when he is hit by a truck running a red light. Dani goes into nurse mode at the scene. Sean has an eye issue, and hurt ribs. Dani stays with him, and lets WFC know what is going on so someone can be around to help him. Sean quotes the movie Deadpool a lot, and he loves superheroes, so they have a movie marathon. Sean even makes a spreadsheet of the Marvel movies in order, but he won't tell Dani exactly how many there are. Dani gets sick, and Sean realizes he loves her and wants to take care of her.
She gets better and goes home. This is the 6th anniversary of her husband's death. She hasn't read his 'in case something happens' letter. Sean accidentally rips it and she thinks he read it. She gets upset, and he leaves. She then reads the letter and realizes Anthony wants her to find love again. She realizes it's with Sean. He doesn't answer her texts or calls. They meet up at Noah and Kristina's house for a July 4th party, talk, say 3 words, and make love in the back of her car.
Sean is matched as a Big Brother, and spend time with his friend in the last chapter. He also is all better from his accident, and goes back to firefighting. No epilogue but 3 months later they are moving in together.

Don't Say Maybe by Cindy Kirk

 Still a continuation from Can't Say No. Nyla and Deron are still seeing each other and still trying to keep it from her family. JR and Britt are planning their wedding, she asked Nyla to be a bridesmaid and Nyla said Yes. Nyla is working with Deron on a mentoring program for women. She is taking over for a woman who had an appendectomy. Her Father saw Deron, and gave her the 'never trust a Flock' speech again. Nyla is not sure what will happen if her and Deron get more serious.

They do get more serious, Her Dad catches them in her office, and He fires her. She goes to Deron, they talk and they get married. They talk to her parents and grandparents, her Dad and Pops are against the marriage. They leave, and Nyla breaks down. He goes to talk to them, then they show up and apologize to Nyla.
We didn't get to see JR and Britt get married, but the end of the book says there are more to come.

Can't Say No by Cindy Kirk

 This is 2nd behind Just Say Yes. This is a continuation of JR and Britt, and also introduces us to Nyla, JRs sister and her "friend" Deron Flock. The Driskills and the Flocks are enemies. Their relatives were friends and did business. The Stock Market Crash of '29 tore up that business when they lost everything. Nyla spent time with Deron in Paris, back home she tries not to let anyone see them together. 

Nyla fires Britt when she found that that she lied about her and JR/Amos. Britt decides to start her own business, doing PR and social media for famous athletes. JR moves into Silver Creek, and invites Britt to move in with him with a ring and a question. Nyla is upset they are moving so fast.

Just Say Yes by Cindy Kirk

 Britt is Bea's twin sister. She tried to see JR Driscoll in Good Hope, but never got the chance to talk with him. She used his name as a reference to apply to be in the social media dept. of the Denver Grizzlies Football team. She gets the interview, but still hasn't talked to JR. She goes to get dinner and meets Amos who invites her to sit with him in a crowded bar. They hit it off, and spend the weekend together. Amos is JR, but she doesn't recognize him. She meets his Grandma and gets a job and apartment with her while waiting in town for Nyla, JRs sister and her interviewer. 

The interview goes great, they offer her a one month internship to see how she fits in. Amos introduces her to JR, after seeing him as JR she realizes he lied, but they talk about it, and she accepts his apologies for lying about who he is.

Up next is Can't Say No.
