The Real Mr. Right in Good Hope by Cindy Kirk

 Oaklee, Pastor Dan's sister, is sort of a Jill-of-all-trades. She realizes she loves event planning. Isaak works at Good Hope Outfitters, he takes people on boat tours around the peninsula. What neither realize is that Gladys is going to match them both up next. She put them against each other to come up with ideas for things to do during the Fourth of July, along with picnics and singles nights at the Ding-a- Ling. Isaak wants traditional items, Oaklee wants to do a baking competition. Gladys has them write down their ideas and present them at their next meeting.

Isaak and Oaklee are thrown together by Gladys, and their meetings turn into overnights in each others beds. Isaak uses Oaklee on a boat tour to show her how much fun it is. She loves working for Isaak, and seeing him at night.
Oaklee and Dan's parents are in town. Their Dad is hypercritical of Oaklee. Hates her outrageous hair colors, the way she dresses, and that she dropped out of college. Isaak tries to stick up for her but nothing works. Their Dad criticizes Katie Ruth, Dan's wife, and Dan tells them to pack their bags. They leave. Isaak tells Oaklee he loves her, wants to marry her and have a family. Oaklee thinks Isaak is like her Dad, wants her to do things his way, but that's not true. Dan talks to Isaak, who then talks to Oaklee. They say three words again, and realize they can make their own future together.
Up next is Together in Good Hope featuring Izzie Deshler, and her ex who ripped her heart out. He is the new doctor in town, and she is painting a mural on the front of his building.

There is a nercromancer named Faith that has lived in Ravenwood, and no one knows she is causing the problems. Sage needs to learn to master her powers as soon as possible. There are 2 showdowns with Faith, one where one person dies. The other showdown they loose 17 members total, and of those, 2 that shouldn't have caused someone to lose everything. Faith dies but at a high price to the survivors. Faith had a dark partner named Oriel, he is still alive, and will be throught what will become a trilogy.

 Eliza is a widow. Her husband, Marshall was killed from an IED Blast. Beckett is a Montgomery. They are friends. He saved her from a handsy bar patron, by pretending to be her date/boyfriend. Eliza finds out Marshall cheated with his high school girlfriend, and they had a daughter. Her inlaws are needing money to help with their granddaughter. They want the money Eliza got from the army from his death. To give to the granddaughter that their son had with another woman while married to Eliza. She is very upset, realizing she can't get closure because Marshall can't defend himself. Beckett was a victim of a shooting, he saw a friend die in front of him. He has some PTSD, and while out with his brothers, has a panic attack after hearing what sounded like gunshots. His friend, Lee, the only one who knew, tells his Brothers. Beckett and Eliza meet up because they go out of town to regroup, and they end up at the same resort, with next door rooms.  They start dating, and having relations when they return home. A few months go by. They are having lunch when there is an accident. Beckett is hurt, Eliza, Benjamin (twin), and Brenna (best friend) have some cuts and scrapes. The say 3 words to each other while he is in the hospital right after the accident.

Bonus Epilogue, very short, very sweet. He asks a question.

She works for Linc as a designer, but submits designs for a NY branch that will soon be opening. Her and Beck start a relationship, just sexual for now, the do hang out, and go on a date. Her life is thrust into the spotlight because of Owen and his new woman. Beck's Father has a cancer scare, but in the end he is good. They spend time with his parents and brothers. Beck lost a sister, Whitney, to leukemia. He has her bucket list, thats says to fall in love and get married. After Chloe leaves to stay with her brother, Beck realizes he does return her feelings. He admits he loves her and wants her to come back home. She does.

The epilogue is Linc and Jordans wedding. After they depart for their honeymoon, Beck asks Chloe a very important question in front of both of their families (his parents snuck in, they weren't there for the ceremony, to not tip Chloe off early), she says Yes.

She doesn't tell him, until later that night after he says he never thought about having kids, after helping to raise his 7 brothers and sisters after their parents die. He realizes he wants to stay married, and raise their child. Spoiler Alert, its twins !  They talk, spend time together, separately and with the boys. They have a small fight, and Mary Karen wants him to be sure he loves them all and wants to be there. When they give each other Christmas gifts, she realizes he is all in. She got him floor mats specifically made for the Z4 to say she is ok with him keeping it. He has traded in his Red BMW Z4 convertible roadster, to get her a brand new van that seats 8, just in case she says yes to a 7th child. The epilogue is the birth of their boy and girls twins, Benjamin and Sofie.

Mackenzie asks Pacey to be her rebound, but after a while, it feels like it's not a rebound relationship anymore. Pacey has some medical issues, has to keep an eye on himself. Stress causes him to pass out when Mackenzie is with him, but she calls 911 and gets him to the hospital, he is okay. Mackenzie is having issues with her schooling, the professor she thought would be her advisor, picks another person. The boy in high school who beat her for valedictorian. That boy is facing expulsion from school, and blames Mackenzie for loosing his spot for an internship. He is mad and tells Mackenzie she will regret it. He hurts them, but they are ok. They save each others lives at the same time. They make up, and say 3 words to each other, and Mackenzie is glad she went with a rebound relationship.

The epilogue is about Miles and Nessa in the next book My Next Play.

 Clay McCashlin is going undercover at his Father's company to find out who is stealing. They did an audit, it found nothing, because they are diverting shipments. Clay gets hired to work in the warehouse. Kaitlyn works in HR, she finds out Clay is lying about who he is, she talks to his Dad, who still covers for Clay so she doesn't know yet he is a McCashlin. They spend time together, he meets people he thinks couldn't possibly be stealing. Kaitlyn is trying to help. They eventually find out who it is, Drew doesn't press charges but helps the guilty person turn their life around. Kaitlyn's brother is hurt after riding Clay's motorcycle, he's ok just scrapes and bruises. She finds out his last name, is upset. 4 months later they meet up again in a pawn shop, where he buys a ring she pawned. They talk, say 3 words, ask and answer important questions. The epilogue is her friend and former cowoker Lori meeting a very special man.

Their Mother passed 2 years ago in a car accident. Molly was with her but unharmed, she hasn't talked since the accident. Nicole is jealous of Lori, she tries to sabotage them. She overhears a conversation Lori had with Tom, a man she was seeing. It was a misunderstanding, than Lori tries to fix. Nicole tells her Grandma, her Mom's Mom her worries, and Grandma agrees to find out what is realloy going on. Lori is Lorelei Loveland, she writes a teen q and a column. Nicole writes her, and Lorelei answers back, they email back and forth. At the end of the book Nicole finds out Lori is Lorelei. She realizes that she has misjudged Lori this entire time.

Drew and Lori say 3 important words to each other, and Lori answers an important question with a yes, after the girls give their blessing.

 Toni is the manager at the Olde Salt Saloon. The owner decides to sell. The new owner Bash, is Toni's childhood crush, and best friend of her brother Tristan. She decides its time to open her own brewery with Chrissie, but slow construction on the lighthouse pushes their plans back.  They work together, he spends time with Tristan, she hangs out with Alistair, he's been in previous books. They flirt, Tristan tells Bash she had a crush on him. He realizes his crush on her is still there. She gets hurt by someone, and he rescues her and takes care of her, helping her get cleaned up.  They go talk to Police Chief Maya, and Toni tells her of when she was assaulted at age 15 and Bash rescues her. She never told anyone, afraid her parents would move them back to Chile.  They spend time together, she quits to spend her time at the brewery. His 6 year old half sister Amy falls in the water, and Toni swims out to rescue her. We find out who hurt her at age 15, we don't know him. Tristan knocks some sense into Bash who was leaving, but he goes back to Toni. Words are said, questions are answered, houses are looked at.

The next book is about Alistair, and Ruthie, both will be working at the brewery in Slow Burn at Starlight.

Kane is hesitant to believe anything after meeting Kayla. His job is to get to know her and the inner workings of the business. They find evidence of some big names in a puzzle book, which points to shady dealings. They deal with a guy intent on getting those books. The police get the guy, who sings like a canary, giving the police big names. Kane and Kayla talk it out, and get to 3 words.

 London is the Princess of Alden. Her parents have passed so her oldest brother Roman is the King. She has 2 other brothers between her and Roman, Wilder and Breck. On the night of her 29th birthday, her Aunt finds a law that says their needs to be a baby born before the last child turns 30. She wants to be a photojournalist, she's not ready to have a baby. Her Brothers decide to get her out of the country to find a way around the law, or to get the law abolished. Kannon owns a security company.  Someone runs London off the road and Kannon rescues her. Roman hires Kannon Security to guard her.  They spend time together, start a romantic relationship. Sparrow, who works for Kannon is injured, London is kidnapped. They find her at the airport, Kannon is injured protecting her. He pushes her away, she goes home to Alden, he goes home to Los Angeles. Her brothers go to LA, to talk to Kannon. Kannon goes back to Alden with the brothers, to talk to London. They find out they are expecting so they share the news with her brothers. Roman got the law abolished, but he had to give something up. He doesn't say what, and we don't find out in this book.

The epilogue is Sparrow going to her room at the palace to find Breck in her bed with 2 women.
There is a bonus epilogue at the end of the book.

Living together, Lauren tells him nothing can happen again. We learn Alex is the Prince of Carpegnia. He doesn't tell Lauren. They hang out, spend time together, sleep together a few times. Lauren finds out she's pregnant, Alex's brother Luc is missing so Alex goes to find him. Lauren tells him it was fun but it's over. Alex gives her space, but then shows up to propose and tell her he loves her. Lauren thinks her Mom told him she was pregnant, but Lauren tells him. One year later they have a son.

David is married but Lauren does her best to show David what he missed by not picking her.  There are people trying to break up their marriage, spreading rumors, and talking behind their backs. Luckily everything is sorted out at the end of the book. Christy has their son, Max. In the epilogue she tells David she is pregnant again.

 Sean is a fireman. Daniela is a nurse. They both served, and are members of WFC. They had a thing, and now they are flirting around each other. Daniela is a widow, her husband died in action.

Sean is leaving from dinner on his motorcycle, when he is hit by a truck running a red light. Dani goes into nurse mode at the scene. Sean has an eye issue, and hurt ribs. Dani stays with him, and lets WFC know what is going on so someone can be around to help him. Sean quotes the movie Deadpool a lot, and he loves superheroes, so they have a movie marathon. Sean even makes a spreadsheet of the Marvel movies in order, but he won't tell Dani exactly how many there are. Dani gets sick, and Sean realizes he loves her and wants to take care of her.
She gets better and goes home. This is the 6th anniversary of her husband's death. She hasn't read his 'in case something happens' letter. Sean accidentally rips it and she thinks he read it. She gets upset, and he leaves. She then reads the letter and realizes Anthony wants her to find love again. She realizes it's with Sean. He doesn't answer her texts or calls. They meet up at Noah and Kristina's house for a July 4th party, talk, say 3 words, and make love in the back of her car.
Sean is matched as a Big Brother, and spend time with his friend in the last chapter. He also is all better from his accident, and goes back to firefighting. No epilogue but 3 months later they are moving in together.

Don't Say Maybe by Cindy Kirk

 Still a continuation from Can't Say No. Nyla and Deron are still seeing each other and still trying to keep it from her family. JR and Britt are planning their wedding, she asked Nyla to be a bridesmaid and Nyla said Yes. Nyla is working with Deron on a mentoring program for women. She is taking over for a woman who had an appendectomy. Her Father saw Deron, and gave her the 'never trust a Flock' speech again. Nyla is not sure what will happen if her and Deron get more serious.

They do get more serious, Her Dad catches them in her office, and He fires her. She goes to Deron, they talk and they get married. They talk to her parents and grandparents, her Dad and Pops are against the marriage. They leave, and Nyla breaks down. He goes to talk to them, then they show up and apologize to Nyla.
We didn't get to see JR and Britt get married, but the end of the book says there are more to come.

 This is 2nd behind Just Say Yes. This is a continuation of JR and Britt, and also introduces us to Nyla, JRs sister and her "friend" Deron Flock. The Driskills and the Flocks are enemies. Their relatives were friends and did business. The Stock Market Crash of '29 tore up that business when they lost everything. Nyla spent time with Deron in Paris, back home she tries not to let anyone see them together. 

Nyla fires Britt when she found that that she lied about her and JR/Amos. Britt decides to start her own business, doing PR and social media for famous athletes. JR moves into Silver Creek, and invites Britt to move in with him with a ring and a question. Nyla is upset they are moving so fast.

 Britt is Bea's twin sister. She tried to see JR Driscoll in Good Hope, but never got the chance to talk with him. She used his name as a reference to apply to be in the social media dept. of the Denver Grizzlies Football team. She gets the interview, but still hasn't talked to JR. She goes to get dinner and meets Amos who invites her to sit with him in a crowded bar. They hit it off, and spend the weekend together. Amos is JR, but she doesn't recognize him. She meets his Grandma and gets a job and apartment with her while waiting in town for Nyla, JRs sister and her interviewer. 

The interview goes great, they offer her a one month internship to see how she fits in. Amos introduces her to JR, after seeing him as JR she realizes he lied, but they talk about it, and she accepts his apologies for lying about who he is.

They didn't know the other would be there. They talk, they have sex, they decide to do a friends with benefits thing. He tells his parents they are seeing each other. His Mom is excited, his dad apprehensive.

Annabelle works at Montgomery Builders, completely different from Inc. Her Dad doesn't get along with his family. Nor does he get along with his in laws. She works there with her 3 brothers, sister, Dad and Mom. They want to take Builders into eco-friendly, green, sustainable territory. Their Dad wants them to keep doing it like he always did. They date, they spend time together. Jacob has an ex wife who is always around, even though Jacob tells her to go away. They have a weird neighbor that is always taking Annabelle desert. That neighbor is obsessed with her and kidnaps her. Jacob saves her and is hurt. They talk to each other, say some words, answer some questions, have a party.

 Nick is the brother of Raven and Crow.  He is a Doctor, Grace is a nurse at the clinic with him. He hears Grace needs a boyfriend for a trip back home. He volunteers. Her Aunt decides to travel back to St. Louis with them to see a Dr. for her knee. 

The spend a lot of time together. Her Aunt Nellie gets engaged to Paul, whom she met at her Doctor's office.
Grace mistakes Sal for Nick, slaps him for cheating, then runs. Nick finds her, explains everything, asks an important question. She says yes, and then the epilogue is them married, pregnant, and going to Nellie's for Thanksgiving.
On a side note, Sal and Sara are pregnant.
Very short, sweet romance novel.

She doesn't return for follow up appointments so Braden takes Willow to the diner to find her. He sees where she is sleeping, and hates it. Wanting to take her to his house, Willow has a better idea, her apartment. Aurora was left by her Mother and went into foster care. Braden's twin Bri, hires Aurora to work at Dare Nation. Their brother Austin is contacted by a PI, Aurora has a family, half siblings from the father she never knew that have been trying to find her.
Braden and Willow are spending more time together.
Damon is hurt, decides its time to retire, he's going to be a Daddy !
Austin and Quin get married.
Braden asks a very important question.

Gianna is still reeling from loosing her partner to a heart attack last year. Gladys sees them together and decides they are the next couple. Oaklee Marshall doesn't like that idea at all. She had thought she would be the one who got with Ethan. She wanted to do something crazy but a guy she kissed on New Year's, Isaak, stopped her. Oaklee tells Gianna she is upset that she is dating her man. Gianna didn't think Oaklee told her Ethan's name when she said she liked someone. Gianna tells Ethan she won't date him with Oaklee in the middle. Ethan talks to Oaklee, then goes to say 3 words to Gianna.

They spend time together as three, and also as couples. Kincaid had a sister Sophia, who died when they were hit with an IED. She was the reporter, he the photographer. He calls to tell his Mom Happy Birthday, but she won't talk to him. His parents blame him for her death. He leaves Ronin and Julia, but they talk and the next day they go to him. They all talk, and decide to work it out. 

Short, sweet, sexy story that ends far too soon, wished this was a full length novel, instead of a novella.

Sara has wanton feelings toward Crow,  but knows she would never be with him as a couple unless they are married. Her Publicist James is who she wants to want, but Crow stirs something in her she has never felt before. He finds a woman who wrote one of the notes, and he also finds her Sara's Mother. Sara spends time with her Mother, talking about the past, and reconciling for their future. The real person behind the notes finds Sara at home, but luckily Crow is there to save her, but gets injured. Two months later she shows up at his house for a party his sister invites her to, but there is no party. They talk, say some words, and say yes to some questions.

A sweet, clean romance with only some kissing.
