Zoe and Padric were best friends. His Father packed them up and move away. He is now a famous singer, she owns her family's pizza place. Her twin sisters send Padric a note that Zoe is sick. He goes back, and finds out they lied to him. They need a singer for The Last Chance to Rock Music Festival, a delivery boy for the Last Chance Pizza asked him before the girls did. He and Zoe figured it out when she read the note. They hang out, help a couple hurt in a plane wreck. Zoe's Mother gets sick, they bid on Padric to sing to their Mom forna fundraiser for the fire dept. Padric leaves to go on tour, survives someone trying to hurt him, and finally Zoe admits she loves him. He leaves but comes back for the concert as a secret performer.
The next book is about Nate and a Doctor named Bethany.

A Very Dare Christmas by Carly Phillips

Ian and Riley are married, and have 2 kids. This is a novella about them, that comes after their book Dare to Love. Ian surprises Riley with a vacation, without the kids. The go to the Caribbean. They make love, talk about how much they love each other and their family, and make some decisions to make their home lives easier, and also try for another baby. The weekend ends, and they head back home. A few weeks later they have a Christmas party, all of Robert Dare's kids attend. We get to see the kids, their husbands or wives and kids they have. Ian's Mom has the flu, and Riley's is out of town so they are the only ones not there. Ian pulls her to another room, where she tells him they will soon be a family of 5 and their daughter needs some assistance. The end.

It Started with Joy by Cindy Kirk

Derek plays baseball. Rachel is an ER Nurse, her foster daughter, Joy threw a ball, accidentally hitting Derek. Rachel gives him a check, and takes him to dinner to monitor him. They start spending time together, and then develop into Friends with Benefits. Rachel is a widow, her husband Tom was killed. She realizes she loves Derek, and needs to talk to him. Joy wants Rachel and Derek to get married so she can stay with them. Derek says he will become her foster dad, and take her back to LA, and Rachel can go back to work at the hospital. They talk to each other, and say some important words, ask importants questions, and say more important words.
