They are just pretending, until it becomes real by bringing sex onto the table. The Brother's actually know they are pretending.

They offer candy and cookie classes, and do drives for the underprivileged and soldiers.
Graham is an ad man, currently working to update ad he made that the company didn't like. He learns that the couple who head the company stay in Holly Pointe, and they personally know Faith. Faith owns her own business in Holly Pointe.
They spend time together, and with the twins.
I want to move to Holly Pointe and never leave.

Zoe and Padric were best friends. His Father packed them up and move away. He is now a famous singer, she owns her family's pizza place. Her twin sisters send Padric a note that Zoe is sick. He goes back, and finds out they lied to him. They need a singer for The Last Chance to Rock Music Festival, a delivery boy for the Last Chance Pizza asked him before the girls did. He and Zoe figured it out when she read the note. They hang out, help a couple hurt in a plane wreck. Zoe's Mother gets sick, they bid on Padric to sing to their Mom forna fundraiser for the fire dept. Padric leaves to go on tour, survives someone trying to hurt him, and finally Zoe admits she loves him. He leaves but comes back for the concert as a secret performer.
The next book is about Nate and a Doctor named Bethany.

A Very Dare Christmas by Carly Phillips

Ian and Riley are married, and have 2 kids. This is a novella about them, that comes after their book Dare to Love. Ian surprises Riley with a vacation, without the kids. The go to the Caribbean. They make love, talk about how much they love each other and their family, and make some decisions to make their home lives easier, and also try for another baby. The weekend ends, and they head back home. A few weeks later they have a Christmas party, all of Robert Dare's kids attend. We get to see the kids, their husbands or wives and kids they have. Ian's Mom has the flu, and Riley's is out of town so they are the only ones not there. Ian pulls her to another room, where she tells him they will soon be a family of 5 and their daughter needs some assistance. The end.
A small short look into the family. Would love to read more catch ups for this family.

They start spending time together, and then develop into Friends with Benefits. Rachel is a widow, her husband Tom was killed. She realizes she loves Derek, and needs to talk to him. Joy wants Rachel and Derek to get married so she can stay with them. Derek says he will become her foster dad, and take her back to LA, and Rachel can go back to work at the hospital. They talk to each other, and say some important words, ask importants questions, and say more important words.

Jason is the son of Robert Dares other family. He owns a nightclub with 2 college friends. Faith owns a candy store. They meet one night outside her apartment building, her company van gets a flat and Jason stops to change it. She is with her intern, and both are of course scared of this man walking up to them. Faith has some issues with vandalism, her van tire, her shop, and her apartment. She thinks it is her drug addict Brother who is upset Faith got some money when their Mother passed away. Jason talks her into staying with him to protect her, even before her apartment is broken into and torn apart.
They start dating and spending time together. His Mom shows up, Faith spends time with his sisters. He has famous singers at the club, Faith is hurt at the hands of her brother. The end is them talking about their feelings for each other.
The next in the series is about Tanner.

Erin and her husband Nick were at their high school reunion. She walked in on him having sex with a former classmate, the former head cheerleader.
Devin finds her and takes her to his house. Devin is a Mail Carrier and Erin owns a bakery. Six months later Erin's bakery is damaged due to rain, and a hole in the roof. Everyone bands together to help Erin get her orders out. She doesn't call Devin, even though they are friends with benefits at this point. She does call him when she goes to see her Father who left the family. Devin is hit by a car while delivering mail, he breaks a leg, but he'll be okay. They don't see each other for a while, until they are both at a wedding. They live happily ever after. Keep an eye out for the bonus epilogue ! Next up is Amelia, then Caleb.

Trinity is Wyatt's sister from the previous book, Ryder is the owner of The Daily Grind, the coffee shop in Good Hope. They met last month in Chicago. Now they meet again in Good Hope on election night. We find out if Wyatt or Greer is the new Mayor. Trinity is thinking of staying in town, she is going to interview for a job at the mental heath clinic. They begin dating, just spending time together at dinner mostly. Wyatt is unsure of that and voices his concerns to Trinity. She interviewed for the job with a former college classmate, and becomes a member of his business. Ryder gets a call, his friend, Jenna has died of a drug overdose, and she had his daughter, 11 years ago! Wyatt sees his name on her birth certificate, and her birth date but knows there is no way Zoe is his. Jenna told Ryder her father abused her when she was younger, and her Mom didn't believe her, her parents want Zoe, but Ryder says no way, he won't even let her visit them.

This was the newest book in the Good Hope series. Cindy Kirk wrote about things she never had before, and she did a great job ! Let's buy all her books so she can keep writing in this series, I don't want it to ever end!

Megan is a divorced single Mother, and owner of Forget Me Not Nature Tours. She went to school for Ornithology, and takes people out to show them birds. Luke is the owner of a halibut fishing chater company. They live in Lost Harbor Alaska. The sexual tension between the two of them is so hot. There is a tv show called Trekking, they come up to Lost Harbor to interview some people. Megan makes some remarks about climate change, and suddenly she is shunned by her neighbors. Fun on them, there is a storm that they say was caused by climate change. Megan gets caught in the storm and Lucas talks her out of it into a cove with his boat to wait it out. The sexual tension reaches a head, and they sleep together. Things happen, things are sold, and bought back. Things are apart, and then back together.
The next book in the series is hopefully about Zoe and Paul, from the very end of this book.

Wrapped In Ink by Carrie Ann Ryan

Liam is a cousin of all the other Montgomery's. He used to model, now he is a successful writer. Arden Brady has her own company, she works for famous authors as basically a fact checker. She helps them keep what they wrote in previous books in order. She finds out Liam uses a pen name when writing, that scene was awesome. She struggles with Lupus. She meets Liam in the hospital after she has an episode, and He gets knocked down by scaffolding protecting his sister Bristol at a wedding. He actually introduced the couple, one of them being with his publishing house.
Arden is the baby with 4 older brothers, Liam is the oldest with 2 brothers and a sister.
She has some flare ups with lupus and goes into the hospital, and Liam is there both times with her.
They love each other, and there is 2 family dinners, one with her brothers, and one with his family. There will be 3 more stories in the Boulder Montgomery series, and a spin off Promise Me series, featuring her 4 brothers. I love every book Carrie Ann has written in the entire Ink series and all its spin offs. Hope she writes a million more !

Book 3 of the Hazel Green Series.
Rachel wants to surprise her boyfriend. She get surprised when she catches him half clothed with another woman in his hotel room. Rachel dumps him, but he won't take no for an answer. Dixon is the brother of Nell from the previous book. He and Rachel's friend think Marc is a narcissist who turns fights back on Rachel, and makes her think it was her fault. Dixon and Rachel start dating while trying to fend off Marc. Dixon and Nell's birth Mother, who they refer to as Gloria is in jail from a previous charge that Dixon had a hand in. Gloria was abusive, and a con women. She is trying to get Dixon to take the fall. Unfortunately we don't see any of the trial, but in the epilogue we find out that Gloria went to prison, so Nell and Dixon are safe.

Romancing Rachel by Cindy Kirk

Jay relies on his looks, but he sustains facial injuries and burns in an accident. Rachel is hired to help him get along while recuperating. Rachel and Jay went to high school together, not in the same class though. Rachel is a teacher, and she regularly attends church. Jay is a television news anchor. He was in a car accident, and his girlfriend hasn't been to see him. He starts liking Rachel, but since she just dumped her boyfriend, after a few domestic incidents, she is staying away from relationships for awhile.

The 3 books in the series were great, and this was a wonderful addition to them. Cindy Kirk is a great author, can't wait for more books from her.

Dare Me Tonight by Carly Phillips

Sienna Dare, from the other half of the Dare family. Her mother is Patriarch Robert's mistress, and Sienna is one of the kids. Ethan Knight works for Knight Time Technology. He is escorting Sienna to a weekend scholar social at Columbia, the college. Sienna is an alum, and Ethan donates money to the college and the program. They immediately connect, and spend the night together. Sienna's older brother Ian, hires Ethan's company, and he and Sienna work together. If you saw anything about this book, *Spoiler Alert * you know that Sienna gets pregnant.
I loved Ethan, who deserved this happily ever after. I loved how Carly brought 2 famous families together for this book. Love this author, can't wait for more from her.

Falling With You by Carrie Ann Ryan

Aiden uses to date Allison, who passed away. Sienna, her best friend, has loved Aiden forever. He likes her also, but doesn't tell her. Sienna is walking home late at night when she is attacked. Aiden saves her and hurts his hand. Sienna just has bumps and bruises. She blames herself that Aiden can't cook at the bar with his hurt hand. There was a visit from a certain couple from the Montgomery series, who we see twice. I liked the scenes with her cats, they are funny, especially with Aiden's cat visiting. I liked the catch up with the 4 from the first 2 books. I cannot wait for more in this series, and more from Carrie Ann.

Sparks Fly in Good Hope by Cindy Kirk

Greer is running for Mayor of Good Hope, Wyatt has also decided to run for Mayor. They get to know more about each other, when Greer's sister in law Hadley, and brother David bring a new baby boy into the family and he drives her to their house to watch her niece, while they are at the hospital. The dog gets sprayed by a skunk, and Wyatt helps clean him up. They start spending time together, Gladys and her brood are pushing them together at every opportunity.
Greer runs the bank, so everyone goes to see her for loans. Wyatt inherits his grandfather's cherry orchard. Greer was friends with Grandpa before he died.
This is the 10th book in the series, after the first book I wanted to move there, and I still do ! She introduces more characters, so that must mean the series is continuing !!

Charmed by Claire by Cindy Kirk

Claire used Tony in the first book to break up Nick and Taylor, if you have read the first book you know it didn't work.
Claire wants to find Tony, she has been cut off by her Father for her spending habits. Someone literally cuts her card in half. Spoiler alert, Tony is now a minister which Claire didn't know, and Taylor didn't tell her. Tony realizes that they confused him with another man that applied for the same job, this man has a fiancee, while Tony does not. When Claire shows up, everyone assumes she is his fiancee, and neither of them correct anyone. They try to rent her a hotel room, but it doesn't work out, so she stays at a b&b, the same one Tony is staying at, in exchange for helping with the cleaning.
Claire and Tony pretend to be engaged, and planning their wedding. She hates the engagement ring at first, she doesn't want to do a bible study class, but the more they spend time together the more she realizes that she loves Tony. At the end of the book, Claire misses a dinner to help a friend. Tony doesn't let her explain, things are said, and she packs her bags to leave. The girl she helps explains to Tony what happened, he goes to talk to Claire, and the wedding is back on. Unfortunately we don't get the wedding in this book, but there is another book, to make it a trilogy, cannot wait to read it. This is a clean romance, only kissing.

Take Me Down by Carly Phillips

Parker goes on a mission, to find a place for a company retreat. The place he goes to doesn't meet his expectations. On his way back home he has car trouble, so he stops in at Emily and her Father's bed and breakfast. Emily is a baker who moved back home after her separation. Her Mother has passed away, and her Father runs their B & B, that needs some work done. Parker gives James, her Dad, money for the upkeep. Emily wants him to sell the B & B and move to Florida to be closer to other family, she worries that she will loose him like her Mom. She wants him to retire and enjoy it. He wants to run the Inn and make it wonderful for the memory of his wife.
Although the two are opposites attract, they belong together. I cannot wait for the stories about the rest of the family.

The Rock by Jennifer Bernard

Jake, the final Rockwell, hires a PI, Olivia James, that his brother in law knows, to finally find out who killed their Mom. Olivia usually works for women, but makes an exception for Jake, and the other Rockwell's. In full fashion, the book brings together romance, suspense, and of course smoking hot bedroom action. Luckily it is all cleared up at the end, we find out what happened to their Mom, Amanda, and the Rockwells get a romance worthy send off.
This was the final book in the Rockwell series, all 5 books were awesome. I am sad that the series is over, but I am excited to see what is coming next from Jennifer Bernard.

Tempted by Taylor by Cindy Kirk

Taylor was just fired from Nick's company. She goes to his office to find out why, and to possibly get her job back. Nick needs a fake fiancee because of a possible merger in the works. The daughter of the owner of the merger company is an ex, and the father would love to see them together. Nick can't think of anything worse. He hires Taylor to play his fiancee until the meger goes through. They spend time together, spend time with her Grandparents (her parents died in a car accident). Her old friend Tony shows up, hired by Claire the ex to breal them up because she wants Nick. Luckily Tony leaves before he does something that will hurt Taylor and Nick.
Great story, short, but a great read. This is a clean romance, all they do is kiss, Taylor heavily relies on her faith and sunday morning church. She is saving herself for her husband on their wedding night, which cause some frustration out of Nick.
I would love to read a story about Erik, Nick's attorney. We didn't see him very much in the book, but I would love to visit these characters again.

Shouldn't Have You by Carrie Ann Ryan

Harmony lost her husband Moyer at 25. He was killed in a car accident walking to lunch, his friend and boss Brendon was right behind him. Harmony just went on her first date since then, her date left, and she spent the rest of the night with Brendon. She goes on 3 more dates, that are all bad. Brendon realizes that he is starting to develop feelings for Harmony. He talks to his brothers, who convincd him that he needs to tell Harmony. She is not really shocked by them, because she was developing feelings as well. They kiss, and set up a date. He takes her to a buffet where they bring meat to the table on swords. Yes, they make funny penis jokes. Then they go back to Harmony's house, and she invites him in. The next morning Brendon has regrets, but doesn't tell Harmony.
He leaves, sees her later, tells her he cant be with her, she goes after him and says no. They love each other, and that's the end of the book.
I love this series ! I love all of The Montgomery books, and all the spin offs also, can't wait for more.

A Match Made in Good Hope by Cindy Kirk

Dan is the First Christian Church Pastor who dated Lindsay in the previous book. Katie Ruth is the Youth Group Leader at the Church. Dan's sister Oaklee leaves college and stays with Dan. He and Katie Ruth are the next couple to be put together by the Older Ladies of the community. Dan is invited to interview at a larger Church 4 hours from Good Hope, in the same city his parents live in. He wants Katie Ruth to go with him if he is offered the Associate Pastor position. We find some news about Katie Ruth's past, Dan is upset that she didn't tell him, when she didn't even know about it. They have a falling out. They each pray about it and are pleased with their feelings about it. Dan turns down the new Church, He decides to stay in Good Hope. They talk about what the other did during their falling out, and become a couple again.
This is a clean romance, all they do is kiss. They talk about sex, but no one has any in this book. I love the Good Hope series, I hope she keeps it going.

Violet and Cameron dated when they were younger. He left, and they didn't see each other for awhile. Violets's friend dies, and she starts spending more time with Cameron. She gets bad migraines and Cameron takes care if her. They are dating, Cameron explained and apologized for what happened back then. They go on dates, they hang out at the bar. They start a bar hop pool tournament. They have a wings night at the bar. Some girl flirts with Cameron, Violet freaks and leaves. Cameron follows her to her brother Mace's house to grovel. They talk and both admit they were wrong, and they apologize to the other one.
Up next is stories about 2 of his brothers, and their bartender. Also Violet's 3 friends. The next 2 stories start in this book. Book 4 of the series was a suprise, didn't think about this couple getting together.

She lives in her Grandmother's house, which is right next door to Jack's Mom's house. She uses Jack's sister as Tommy's babysitter while she is at work. Tommy is friends with her son, Matt.
He always tries to spend time with her, mostly she tries to avoid him.
They spend a lot of time together. Tommy sees a picture of Jack at his age, Jack realizes that Tommy is his son. He confronts Trish, who is so overwhelmed, she calls and accepts a job in Washington. She tells Tommy they are moving, he run away because he doesn't want to. Luckily she tells Jack who finds him, and brings him home. They talk it out, and she decides to stay in Lynnwood. They say I Love You to each other, Jack proposes, and Tommy finds out Jack is his Dad.
Loved the book, would love to find out if Missy gets a happily ever after...

The Boyfriend Experience by Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde

Evie was dating a guy named Eric that cheated on her. She needs a date to take to a family reunion so she doesn't have to tell her family she's single. Her friend tells her about an app, still in testing, that she can find a boyfriend on. Eric's friend put him on the app without his knowledge. Evie picks him because she told her family her boyfriend's name, and she thinks he is very attractive. They meet and hit it off. He says yes about going with her.

The scenes at the reunion are hilarious because of her parents careers, and matter-of-fact views about sex. We meet her ex Graham who cheated on her with, and is now engaged to, her witchy cousin Raquel.
Awesome story, I love the books written from this author duo. Cannot wait for more from them!

Ink by Numbers by Carrie Ann Ryan

Kaylee is the artist who does Brushes with Lushes from some of the previous books. Landon is her best friend. They tried dating then realized they were better as friends. Kaylee was married to please her family but divorced him since he liked his secretary. The sexual tension between these two just jumps off the pages. I practically had to throw the book into water to cool it down ! They are practically dating without the physical part. They spend a lot of nights together, eating dinner, just spending time together. But then they get to the physical part again and again.
Short, sweet to the point book, wanted it to be a full length book, but it was good, a lot happened in the book.
Can't wait for more Montgomery's.

The next morning Tara leaves before Jesse wakes up. She goes to work and who is the newest member on her dive crew? Jesse. They spend time together, learn a lot about each other, have sex and talk to each other. A member of their crew gets hurt, but He's ok, just hurt his foot. Tara invites Jesse to Warrior Fight Club, and he joins.
Things are said, and they break up. Both are hurt from seeing the other. Jesse gets a new job, and he goes to tell Tara. They admit they love each other, and all is good.
Jesse reconnects with his Mom and Sister, he graduates from the police academy, and everyone is there to support him.
Jesse and Tara move in together and get 2 dogs, and at the end he propses and she says Yes !
Love this series, cannot wait for more. Especially Sean and Dani !!

The Runaway by Jennifer Bernard

The 4th book in The Rockwell Legacy Series. This is about Gracie. Gracie found out she is not a member of the Rockwell family. She has memories of Amanda finding her in the woods and taking her home. She leaves to find out what happened to her 23 years ago when she was only a few months old. She finds Mark, the man who saved her when he was a young boy. He owns a marina, and Gracie starts working for him.
They go on a road trip to find the man who kidnapped them, and they find Gracie's Mother. There is a big scene where something happens to something. No one hurt, but not sure what caused it. She goes home, and Mark comes after her.
Spoiler alert, Kai is going to be a Daddy !
Up next is The Rock with Jake and Olivia. According to the chapter in the book, it's almost a continuation of this book, where things are hopefully cleared up.

Marcee is the best friend of Jenny from Love Me Tonight. The beginning of the book is Jenny and Roberts wedding. Marcee meets Sam the Father of Fern. They spend the night together, then he moves away. He moves to her hometown. Her Mom kicked her out when she was 17. She moved away and went to college, and went to a job as a CPA. Due to a former clients lies, she gets fired. She goes back home to take care of her 17 year old half brother after their Mom left with husband #5 who is a long haul truck driver. She meets up with her high school best friend, and of course Sam.
Great book, great story about overcoming your past.

5 book in the Silver Spring Series.
Jada is back home with her daughter Maya, after a divorce. Maddox is her high school boyfriend. Maddox's brother, Tobias shot Jada's brother, Atticus at a party, and He is paralyzed from the waist down. Jada is helping with bills for her Mom and Brother. I don't like how Atticus's Mom babies him, he is confined to a wheelchair, but she acts like he is unable to get a job, or help out around the house. I think she treats him like a baby and I don't like that part of the story.
Maddox and Jada are talking but since his Brother left jail, He says He is not good enough for her.
Everything is cleared up in the end. Can't wait to read more of this series, and this Author!

She goes back home, and finds out its not her uncle who wants her dead. Ty protects her from the unknow person, until her Uncle is injured, they find out who this person is, and why they did these things to try to kill Lilly.

The real killer comes forward, and Molly's Dad is exonerated.
Hunter is finished, and he leaves. Molly turns down her Dads offer to join his business. She goes back to Hunter to tell him she loves him and wants to spend the rest of their lives together. The epilogue is their wedding, told through Jessie's (Molly's sisters) eyes.

Krew wants to help take care of Dakota's college fund, since he never paid any support for her. Since he is the father, he wants to be a part of Cassie and her kids lives. Cassie lets him come around to help. They are a united front when they tell her family that Krew is the father of her daughter. He goes overboard on Christmas but Cassie knows he won't take any gifts back. They spend time together, and hopefully we see a wedding in a future book !
Cassie is the sister of Lindsay from the previous book.
We get to catch up with the others from previous books also. Lots of pregnancies happening in Good Hope right now.

Ryan is a tattoo artist that works at Montgomery Ink. Abby is a single Mother, her fiance and father of her daughter Julia died. Ryan really likes Abby, and she likes him. They are friends. Abby owns a tea shop, she makes tea, and she sells loose leaf tea.
They go on a date, and both have fun, especially when they get to Abby's at the end of the night.
Ryan has a twin brother, Michael, who is a drig addict. He comes around looking for hand outs, and finds Ryan at Abbys shop. They fight and damage some items. Ryan is embarassed that Abby and his friends had to see that. He leaves, and Abby goes after him. They have a long talk, and are good. The epilogue is awesome.
Great addition to the Montgomery series.

Take Me Again by Carly Phillips

Sebastian and Ashley were step siblings back when the were teens. They were caught kissing, and their parents made the decision to send Ashley to London for boarding school. Parker, Sierra and Ethan are Sebastian's other siblings. Ethans wife, Mandy died of an overdose so Ashley comes home. Their company is having issues with locks that were purchased from a subpar company. They find out Mandy was using drugs and buying marked up products to keep some of the money.
Sebastian and Ashley jump into sex pretty quicky in the book. The others find out about them and are fine with them dating.

They go to London, pack her things and head home. Next up is Parker's story.

Forever Broken by Carrie Ann Ryan

Cheyenne was kidnapped by a sadistic werewolf that wants to be Supreme Alpha, rule all the wolf packs. Max saves her life by biting her. They mate later, but she hasn't become a wolf yet.
There are some times where Blade, the sadistic werewolf, uses the powers of an artifact to steal powers from the other alphas, or in a few cases, kill some lower wolves. They find out that Cheyenne is also connected to it. During the final showdown, the artifact and some wolves are eliminated. The moon goddess make Max and Cheyenne the Supreme Alphas. They have a lot to learn about their new titles, and the packs they will travel to meet.
This was the last book of the Talon series, for right now. Who knows what may happen in the future.
Great ending to a series. The end of the book shows us all the couples from the previous books, and their mates and children.
