Lulu is a dancer on a cruise ship who hides out from a criminal on Tristan's boat. He was injured in the last book, and with his resulting brain surgery, He doesn't think He can win Mayor of Lost Harbor against a rooster, yes the actual animal. Lula has been bouncing around jobs since she lost her Mother. He wants to protect her, but only temporarily.
This is the 11th and (for now) final book in the Lost Harbor Alaska series. They are wonderful books. They don't need to be read in order but characters show up in all the books that were introduced before. I do hope maybe in the future there might be more Lost Harbor books.I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.
