I went into this book thinking it would be a love story. in a way it was, until Fletcher ' s demons from PTSD got to be too much, and he took the cowards way out. I think I cried for about 3 chapters, and then I took a deep breath and I was done. This is a tragedy, a love story, another tragedy and more love. Savanah had bad things happen in her life, Fletcher helped her work those out, and then he left her and their twins, that he unfortunately didn't know about. Then it's another love story in the form of a job and a love that forms out of that. I had romance books with no sadness in them at the top of my best books ever, but this one goes straight to the top, with romance and sadness and emotional demons, I have a new favorite book.
